Today's dinner was grilled salmon filet and it was J.P.'s job.
He wrapped the salmon filet in aluminum foil after seasoning it with salt, pepper and dill, and put it on the grill for 10 minutes.
The potatoes and vegetables were done in 20 minutes and we had a great supper dish.
Das Lachsfilet wurde gesalzen, gepfeffert und mit Dill bestreut, dann in eine Aluminiumfolie gewickelt. Nach etwa 10 Minuten auf dem Grill war der Fisch gar.
Ein leichtes, schmackhaftes Menü.
Enkelt og greit.
