Meat Sauce, Pasta and a Salad

Today I used half of the meat sauce I made on July 22nd. The other half went into the freezer. I cooked 1 cup of pasta and heated the sauce. Meanwhile I made a fantasy salad. Some leafs of iceberg lettuce, 1 shredded carrot, 1 small shredded apple, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup of raisins, 1/3 cup of unsalted peanuts. The dressing: juice of 1/2 lemon, some olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, dill.

That's it, done in 15 min.

Heute gibt es Nudeln mit Hackfleischsoße und einem Salat. Dazu brauche ich nur 1 Tasse Nudeln zu kochen und die Soße aufzuwärmen, die ich am 22. Juli gekocht habe. Für zwei Personen genügt die Hälfte der Soße. Der Rest wir eingefroren.
Während die Nudeln kochen bereite ich den Salat zu.
Ein paar Blätter vom Eisbergsalat, 1 geraspelte Karotte, 1 geraspelter Apfel, 1/2 Avocado, 1/4 Tasse Rosinen, 1/3 Tasse ungesalzener Erdnüsse.
Das Dressing: Saft 1/2 Zitrone, etwas Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker und Dill.
Das wär´s, fertig in 15 Minuten.


I dag er det lettvint. Jeg lager nudler med kjøttsaus og en salat. Kjøttsausen ble kokt igår og jeg trenger nå bare å oppvarme halfparten av den. Det er nok for to personer. Resten få gå i fryseren.
Mens nudlene koker og sausen varmes tilbereder jeg salaten. Noen blader fra isbergsalaten, 1 revet gulrot, 1 revet eple, 1/2 avokado, 1/4 kopp rosiner, 1/3 kopp usaltede peanøtter. Smak til med juice fra 1/2 sitron, noe oilvolje, salt, pepper, sukker og dill.
Det er det hele, tilberedelses tid ca 15 minutter.
