Mini Pizza without yeast

Minipizza with Cheese Criss Cross

Hey, I had the house all for myself today! 
And a friend called and asked me to join them for brunch at the south end of the island. That got me in a frenzy. What to bring? I came up with a small pizza made without yeast. Takes only 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake and it was an instant success. 


Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rosemary
2/3 cup water
6 tbsp. olive oil


Preheat oven to 425 F  (218 C).
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until the dough begins to form a ball.
You can press the dough into an oiled baking sheet or pizza pan using your fingertips, leaving a thicker edge to hold fillings in. I used a rolling pin.
First Tomato Sauce on the bottom 
Sprinkle with favorite toppings (I had salami, tomato sauce, tomatoes, onions and cheese available.) 
Bake for about 30 minutes.
There is no photo from the baked pizza, I had to hurry and nothing was leftover later. It was another gorgeous day!
Heute wurde ich überraschend zum Brunch am Meer eingeladen. Jeder sollte was mitbringen. Das brachte mich auf die Idee eine kleine Pizza ohne Hefe zu backen.
Sie war ein Hit. Ich habe kein Photo von der gebacken Pizza da ich es in der Eile vergessen hatte und nachher war nichts mehr übrig!


Zutaten:
200 g Mehl 
2 Teel. Backpulver
1/2 Teel. Salz
1 Teel.l Rosmarin
ca 400 ml Wasser
6 Eßl Olivenöl


Den Ofen auf ca 218 C vorheizen. Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und zu einem Teig verarbeiten. Auf einer bemehlten Fläche ausrollen. Mit den erwünschten Belag belegen. Ich hatte im Kühlschrank : Salami, Tomaten, Tomatenmark, Zwiebeln und Käse. Die Pizza etwa 30 Minuten backen.


Jeg skulle ha brunsj med venner idag og bestemte meg for å lage en pizza uten gjær. Det var helt enkelt å lage til og var veldig god. Jeg hadde hastverk med å komme meg av gårde slik at jeg ikke tok et bilde fra pizzaen når den kom ut av ovnen. Etterpå var ingenting tilovers!


Ingredienser:
200 g mel
2 ts bakepulver
1/2 ts salt
1 ts rosmarin
ca 400 ml vann
6 ss olivenolje


Varm oven opp til ca 218 Grader. Hell ingredienser i en bolle og lag en deig. Knar deigen god. Trykk deigen med hendene i form eller bruk en bakepinne.  Topp med hva du liker best. Jeg hadde salami, løk, tomater, tomatpurré, og ost i kjøleskapet.
Bak for 30 minutter eller til den er gullen på kantene.
