Vegetable Soup after a slow start

The streets were dry, the sky pale blue. We could have made lots of miles if there hadn't been the service for the wheeled home. That turned out to be a six hours challenge. But better safe than sorry was what I thought. (Full story here)

When we finally were driving on the highway J.P. said:" It would be nice to have the vegetable soup today. With sausage, of course. "
Nice with a hot vegetable stew
No problem. Dinner was solved. I just had to warm up my home made canned soup and add the sausage. Done.

We needed new tires
