Sirloin Steak with Mushrooms

There is no real summer without a grilled steak. Today's dinner meat is Sirloin Steak.
Side dishes: potatoes, a salad and white mushrooms. 
Cook 4 potatoes and make a salad with 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, 1 stalk of celery (diced), 1/2 red bell pepper (diced), 1 white mushroom (sliced|) and 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts. 
Season with salt, pepper, sugar, dill, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp olive oil. 
Slice 1/2 onion and 5 white mushrooms and sauté in 1 tbsp butter.
Grill meat ca 5 min from both sides. Season with salt, pepper, Italien Herb mixture or use your favourite grill sauce.




Kein Sommer ohne ein ordentliches Steak vom Grill. Heute gibt es Hüftsteak mit Champignons , Kartoffeln und Salat.
4 Kartoffeln kochen und aus einem, kleinen, 1/2 Eisbergsalat, 1 Stange Bleichsellerie, 1/2 roten Paprika, 1 Champignon und 1/2 Tasse ungesalzener Erdnüsse eine Salat bereiten. Die Marinade: Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Dill, Saft einer 1/2 Zitrone, 1 Eßl Speiseöl, 1 Eßl Olivenöl (evtl etwas flüssige Sahne).
5 Champignons und eine 1/2 Zwiebel in Scheiben schneiden und in etwas Butter bei mittlerer Hitze braten.
Das Steak etwa 5 Minuten von beiden Seiten grillen.


Ingen sommer uten grillmat. Idag skal vi ha grilled storfekjøtt med sjampignonger og salat. 
Kok 4 poteter og lag en salat av 1/2 isberghode, 1 stilk selleri ( i terninger), 1/2 rød paprika (i terninger), 1 sjampignong (i skiver) og 1/2 kopp usalted peanøtter. Smak til med salt, pepper, sukker, saft av 1/2 sitron, 1 ss vegetabilsk olje, 1 ss oliven olje og kanskje litt kremføte.
Skær 5 sjampignonger og 1/2 løk i skiver og sautér dem i litt smør.
Grill kjøttet fra begge sider på grillen. (ca 5 min per side). Tilmak med salt, pepper, ferkse krydder (og grill saus).
